Attorney Arthur Sneider
A formidable advocate in the courtroom and at the negotiation table, Attorney Arthur Sneider has extensive trial experience both in criminal and civil matters, and concentrates much of his practice on domestic relations matters. As a Norfolk County assistant district attorney, he has prosecuted and won numerous complicated cases involving sexual abuse and domestic violence. From his experiences working with crime victims, Arthur brings to his practice a unique understanding of the emotional side of litigation and conflict. He is a member of the Children’s Advocacy Group of Norfolk County, National Crime Victim Bar Association, Senior Partners For Justice and the Volunteer Lawyers Project.

Attorney Barbara S. Kellman
Combining sensitivity with razor-sharp representation, Attorney Barbara Kellman has established a reputation in Massachusetts family law courts as the go-to lawyer for fixing seemingly unfixable legal problems. She has practiced law for 30 years and mediation for more than 20 years. As General Counsel to New England Deaconess Hospital, and, later, Counsel to the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing, Barbara was involved in countless disputes and is known for negotiating favorable resolutions and winning contentious legal battles. Barbara has been representing individual men and women in divorce and family law matters, and providing mediation to separating and divorcing couples in her current location since 2010. She believes strongly that individuals can learn and grow from the sometimes painful, and always life-changing experiences of separation and divorce. And she is always alert to ways of helping her clients move forward, whether in mediation or litigation.

Attorney Elizabeth I. McGuire
A strong advocate for her client’s interests, Attorney Elizabeth I. McGuire concentrates her practice in the areas of domestic relations and general civil litigation. Her litigation, negotiation and trial experience are key factors in her ability to achieve creative and favorable solutions in even the most complicated cases. Elizabeth graduated from Northeastern University School of Law and has been an associate at Sneider Kellman, PC, since August 2006. During her time at Northeastern, she was an intern for the Massachusetts Land Court, as well as three law firms where she gained experience in both litigation and transactional matters. Elizabeth is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and Business Network International Massachusetts, Newell Chapter.

Attorney Chloe E. Gargiulo
CHLOE E. GARGIULO joined Sneider Kellman, PC in 2019. She has experience working in all areas of domestic relations, including alimony, asset division, custody, child support, contempt actions, DCF involvement, guardian ad litem investigations, modification actions, pre-nuptial agreements, removal, and parenting plans, as well as in matters ranging from negotiation to motion practice to alternative dispute resolution to trial. Chloe brings both her professional experience and compassion to bear to help clients navigate the court process and find solutions that work for them and their families, but also passionately advocates for her client's interests when litigation is necessary.
Chloe received her J.D. from Boston College Law School after attending Duke University where she received her B.A. in Slavic and Eurasian Studies. While in law school, she interned at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (UN ICTY) in The Hague, Netherlands prosecuting war crimes committed during the Balkan conflicts of the 1990s.
Chloe is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Women's Bar Association, as well as the Women's Bar Foundation Family Law Project which focuses on providing representation to victims of domestic violence.
