We take great pride in the fact that the largest source of business to our firm is from satisfied clients, their families and friends, as well as other attorneys who consider us the “go to” law firm for their staff and clients.
We recognize that clients who are injured in a car accident or charged with a criminal or DUI/DWI are often under great stress and fearful of losing their job, their license, and the impact this may have on their future. We work to take much of the fear away by fully explaining the law, Maryland Court decisions and outlining defenses and solutions. Mallon Snyder has been an Attorney for over 40 years.
At court you will have the option to enter a plea and be sentenced by the Judge or go to trial with your Attorney cross examining and challenging Police Officers and other witnesses.
Many Attorneys do not actually go to trial. An experienced Attorney who has the trial skills and respect of the Prosecutor will often be able to negotiate a compromise resolution which limits the risk of conviction or jail time not available to these other Attorneys.
Mallon Snyder is in court daily with multiple cases. When you come to the office you are welcome to look at his trial calendar to confirm this.
In a large firm often you will go to court with a junior attorney. Mallon Snyder will meet with you to prepare your defense and take you to court. You will work with him as a team to get the best result.
Many Attorneys do not spend time with the client or do the hard work to review reports and documents to prepare the case for trial.
Mallon Snyder will explain the charges against you and review with you the police reports and videos. He will also explain the process of going to court. He will review with you your testimony and practice asking the difficult questions the Judge or Prosecutor may ask you. He will recommend how to dress for court and provide a tie if you need one. By taking the time to understand the process you will be more relaxed and confident and get the best result.
Mallon Snyder has excellent client reviews. Please take the time to read some of the reviews attached. Most clients remain in contact with the office and refer their family and friends.
