Concerned Your Going to jail? Will Lose Your Job or of Immigration Consequences?
You Need to Pick the Right Attorney, Don’t Panic or Rush and Make the Wrong Decision.
How much experience does the Attorney have?
Mallon Snyder has been an Attorney for over 40 years.
Why is it important to have an experienced Attorney?
At court you will have the option to enter a plea and be sentenced by the Judge or go to trial with your Attorney cross examining and challenging Police Officers and other witnesses.
Many Attorneys do not actually go to trial. An experienced Attorney who has the trial skills and respect of the Prosecutor will often be able to negotiate a compromise resolution which limits the risk of conviction or jail time not available to these other Attorneys.
How often is the Attorney in court on this type of case?
Mallon Snyder is in court daily with multiple cases. When you come to the office you are welcome to look at his trial calendar to confirm this.
Who will be the actual attorney assigned to your case?
In a large firm often you will go to court with a junior attorney. Mallon Snyder will meet with you to prepare your defense and take you to court. You will work with him as a team to get the best result.
What is the difference in trial preparation with different Attorneys?
Many Attorneys do not spend time with the client or do the hard work to review reports and documents to prepare the case for trial.
Mallon Snyder will explain the charges against you and review with you the police reports and videos. He will also explain the process of going to court. He will review with you your testimony and practice asking the difficult questions the Judge or Prosecutor may ask you. He will recommend how to dress for court and provide a tie if you need one. By taking the time to understand the process you will be more relaxed and confident and get the best result.
What do past clients say of the Attorney’s experience, hard work and successful defense of their charges?
Mallon Snyder has excellent client reviews. Please take the time to read some of the reviews attached. Most clients remain in contact with the office and refer their family and friends.
