Attorney Chantrelle Melenani Wai‘alae
Chantrelle Melenani Wai‘alae is a graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa. Ms. Wai‘alae also earned a B.A. and M.A. in Hawaiian Studies, with a focus on Hawaiian History and Governance. Ms. Wai‘alae has taught Hawai‘i Politics at the university of Hawai‘i at Manoa, and Modern Hawaiian History at ‘Iolani School KA‘I program. She has extensive experience in Hawai‘i divorce and family law issues, serving as Staff Attorney for the Hawai‘i Domestic Violence Action Center, law clerk with the Legal Aid Society of Hawai‘i, and the Hoenig fellow for Judge R. Mark Browning in the Hawai‘i Family Court. Ms. Wai‘alae is a caring and compassionate advocate for our divorce and family law clients.
Attorney Ann Otteman
Ann Otteman is a graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa and has been practicing law since 2011. Ms. Otteman has served in various government and civil capacities, including representing the State of Hawai‘i at enforcement hearings before the Hawaii Child Support Enforcement Agency and serving as a Legislative Aid to the Hawai‘i State Legislature. Ms. Otteman is an experienced divorce and family law litigator, zealously advocating for our clients. She also provides professional mediation services to our family law clients, helping Hawai‘i families resolve family law disputes out of court.
