Beth Rogers began her legal career in May, 1997 at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. While practicing there, Beth represented creditors and debtors in some of the largest and most complex bankruptcy cases in Atlanta. In doing so, Beth garnered a diverse and in depth knowledge of creditors' rights and bankruptcy law enabling her to represent lenders in all aspects of special assets collections and recovery A to Z!
Beth Rogers formed Rogers Law Offices in 2008, a Firm dedicated to providing high quality solutions to national lenders, regional lenders, creditors' committees, corporations and individuals in creditor rights, litigation and bankruptcy matters. Since then, Ms. Rogers has built Rogers Law Offices into one of the largest women owned and most active creditors’ rights Law Firms in the Southeast. The success of Rogers Law Offices is based on its astute analysis, capabilities, zealous representation and responsive client service. Ms. Rogers is committed to building the Firm into a major force in the creditors' rights field. She takes an active role in mentoring young lawyers and helping create great leaders.
