Attorney Pamela Jean Hennig
Pamela J. Hennig, who joined the firm in 2001, is a Senior Associate in the liability department. She specializes in general civil litigation defense with an emphasis in product liability. Her practice includes defending clients involved in multi-district litigation, mass torts, toxic torts and catastrophic injury cases that involve products such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, appliances, motors, machinery and heavy equipment. She also defends design professionals in negligence, breach of contract and professional malpractice claims; and, defends clients in bodily injury and/or property damage claims involving automobile negligence, premises liability and construction defect claims.
Ms. Hennig received her Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1989. Ms. Hennig was a paralegal for a number of years before she attended law school.
Ms. Hennig is admitted to practice before all the state courts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute in which she is a member of the Product Liability Committee and Toxic Torts & Environmental Law Committee.
