Mr. Cunningham took on a difficult case. I was in a car accident, run off the road by a phantom vehicle which sped out of site before I crashed. Unaware of internal injuries, I came away thinking I was basically all right; but when I realized I was not, I began seeking treatment. A year ago on spring break I was visiting Florida, my 1st day on vacation I was in a car accident. I would certainly highly recommend James Cunningham. I am a Critical Care Nurse here in Orlando and was involved in a devastating car accident about a year ago. My situation was very complicated. I was at a new job and didn't have my health insurance active yet, and due to my own negligence had an overlap in my car insurance. This would be the worst possible time for me to be in car accident and i was. I was injured pretty badly and needed a lot of medical intervention. I am an Engineering Manager for a company in Longwood, Florida and live in Deltona in Volusia County. I was rear-ended in April of 2005 and was injured due to the negligence of another driver who was in a big hurry. Mr. Cunningham helped me to obtain a fair settlement as a result of that accident.

I was first referred to Mr. Cunningham by a good friend of mine at work. Everything my friend said about Mr. Cunningham was true.
