Attorney Tony DiTocco
Tony DiTocco received his Law Degree and his Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida in 1988. Since 1989, Tony has established himself as a leader in the South Florida business and legal communities. For 18 years, he served as Chief Executive Officer of a large construction / development firm, where he negotiated and resolved hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial business transactions and disputes. Since 2007, he has served as the chief negotiator / corporate counsel in the closeout of over 500 distressed condominium units, and as Managing Member of the DiTocco Law Group, PLLC, where he has used his huge wealth of experience to personally counsel hundreds of individuals and businesses through Chapter 7 debt relief strategies.

Attorney Debbie Quinn
Debbie Quinn received her law degree from St. Thomas University, School of Law, Miami, Florida. Since 2009, her practice has been focused exclusively in bankruptcy, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. She has represented hundreds of clients, both individuals and businesses, navigating them through the intricacies of the bankruptcy process. Her extensive experience ensures that her clients receive thorough and thoughtful legal analysis of their financial situation. For each client, her goal is to assist them in getting relief from their overwhelming debt and a fresh start.
Prior to law school, she was a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker. She owned and managed her own real estate company, representing both buyers and sellers, and helping many South Florida families with all aspects of their real estate needs.
Attorney Barry Glen Segal
Barry G. Segal is licensed to practice Law in all state courts in the State of Florida and in all courts of the Federal Southern District of Florida and is a past President of the Indian River County Bar Association. He is board certified as a real estate attorney by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Lawyer, his experience and competency have been rigorously evaluated. Board certified lawyers have met The Florida Bar's highest standards for special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in the practice of law.
Mr. Segal has tried cases to verdicts in both State and Federal Court and has appeared in cases before the Fourth District Court of Appeals. His clientele includes not only individuals, trusts, partnerships and corporations but also Condominium and Homeowners' Associations, institutional and private mortgage lenders as well as various not-for-profit organizations. While practicing in South Florida, he developed the Foreclosure Department for that firm while handling millions of dollars of Mortgage Foreclosures throughout the State of Florida. Today, he continues to practice in these areas here on the Treasure Coast. He also handles Landlord/Tenant matters, Mortgage Foreclosures (both for lenders and borrowers), Mortgage Modification Agreements, Construction contracting and Construction Defect litigation, Subdivision development, Land Use Planning and Governmental Regulation, Business formation (e.g. Limited Liability Companies and Corporations), and Real Estate related litigation.
Mr. Segal donates his time to the Indian River County School Board as Hearing Officer and is a past president and director of the Indian River County Bar Association. He is a member of the Florida Bar's Real Property and Trust Law Section and the Treasure Coast Real Property Council. He is also a past chairman and member of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Professionalism Panel.
