Attorney Thomas J. Londregan
Attorney Thomas J. Londregan has been a member of the Connecticut Bar since 1969. He was recently elected a 2013 Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation James W. Cooper Fellows Program. Attorney Londregan is often involved in representing developers, both residential and commercial, throughout southeastern Connecticut. He is counsel to the Southeastern Connecticut Homebuilders Association and a regular contributor to its newsletter. In representing developers he appears before planning and zoning commissions and inland/wetlands commissions throughout New London County on a regular basis. Attorney Londregan is the Director of Law for the City of New London and the Town Attorney for the Town of Stonington. He advises municipal officials on a daily basis on a wide spectrum of issues that face municipalities. He litigates cases for the firm's municipal and private clients on issues involving municipal law, administrative law, real estate and contract law. He handles construction litigation both in state court and in arbitration proceedings. Attorney Londregan has argued nine cases before the Connecticut Appellate Court and six cases before the Connecticut Supreme Court.

Attorney Michael W. Sheehan
Attorney Michael W. Sheehan has been a member of the Connecticut Bar since 1989. Attorney Sheehan regularly represents numerous lending institutions, businesses, and individuals in areas ranging from multi-million dollar commercial transactions to residential financing, foreclosures, commercial workouts, bankruptcy, and collection litigation matters. Since 2010, Attorney Sheehan has been selected annually as one of the few Connecticut attorneys serving on the Connecticut Standards of Title Committee for the Connecticut Bar Association. This prestigious committee is charged with promulgating the real estate title standards used by the Connecticut Bar and the courts.
Attorney Sheehan has represented the lead construction lender in financing a $25 Million hotel conference center as well as the participation of said loan; the $30 Million construction to permanent financing of a 300 unit apartment complex; the $28 Million financing of the environmental remediation and construction of a mixed-use condominium, marina and single family home development. He has also represented lenders and developers in the financing and re-financing of many other condominium developments, apartment buildings, hotels, and office and retail projects. In conjunction with these matters, he has experience in dealing with environmental issues related to real estate.
Attorney Sheehan also has extensive courtroom experience and has litigated thousands of cases ranging from the workout and foreclosure of multi-million dollar mortgage loans, to basic residential foreclosures and collection of unsecured debts. He has also represented clients in numerous bankruptcy matters including two rare Chapter 12 filings, and the recovery of lottery winnings for victims of a Ponzi scheme. He also regularly represents the firm's municipal clients in financing, tax foreclosures and real estate litigation.
In addition to his bachelors and law degrees, Attorney Sheehan holds an MBA degree and has experience in working for Connecticut's largest commercial lender prior to becoming an attorney. Attorney Sheehan was sworn in as a member of the bar of the United State Supreme Court in Washington, DC in May, 2018. The motion for admittance was heard be all of the justices of the Court, and Chief Justice John Roberts granted the motion. Attorney Sheehan is also a member of the Connecticut State and Federal Bar.

Attorney Jeffrey T. Londregan
Attorney Jeffrey T. Londregan has been practicing law since 1998, after graduating from Quinnipiac University School of Law. His practice is in areas of general law with an emphasis on municipal law, commercial litigation, real estate and administrative law. In 2011, he was appointed as the Law Director for the City of New London. He is also an attorney for the Town of Bozrah and the Point O’ Woods Beach Association, in addition to handling administrative tax appeals for the town of Deep River. Attorney Londregan is a member of the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Association of Municipal Attorneys (CAMA), along with being a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the New London County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in the State and Federal courts of Connecticut, as well as being a member of the bar for the United States Supreme Court.

Attorney Eric J. Garofano
For the past decade, Attorney Eric Garofano has devoted himself to working tirelessly for his civil and commercial litigation clients to get the justice they deserve.
Whether the client has suffered as a result of negligence, wrongful death, a car accident, fall, medical malpractice, product liability or other personal injury, Attorney Garofano fights hard and fair to ensure his clients are justly compensated for the physical and emotional damages they have experienced. He has also represented homeowners in actions against general contractors, subcontractors and insurance companies under Connecticut's Home Improvement Act. These claims include matters in which the contractor has walked off the job or failed to perform under the contract. Once clients receive a judgment in Home Improvement Act cases, Attorney Garofano helps his clients collect the on judgments through the Home Improvement Act fund.

Attorney Brian K. Estep
Attorney Brian K. Estep has been practicing law since 1986. Attorney Estep is admitted to practice in Federal and State Courts in New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. Attorney Estep practiced for eight years for major insurance defense litigation firms in Rochester, New York, Albany, New York, and Reading, Pennsylvania. He was an Administrative Law Judge for the New York State Department of Labor from 1992-1993. Attorney Estep has represented both municipal and private clients in litigation before the Connecticut State Courts, the Federal Courts, the Connecticut Federal Bankruptcy Courts, as well as numerous administrative agencies. Attorney Estep handles all labor law related matters for the firm and is actively engaged in the firm's municipal law department. He represents the firm's municipal clients in negotiating collective bargaining agreements with unions and regularly appears before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, the Connecticut State Board of Labor Relations and the Connecticut State Board of Mediation and Arbitration on behalf of the firm's municipal and business clients.
