Attorney Richard A. Dinnebier
Richard Dinnebier has been practicing law in Orange County for more than 40 years. As a Certified Family Law Specialist, Mr. Dinnebier believes in a firm yet civilized approach to settling all family law issues. His experience and skill in and out of the courtroom have earned him the notable titles of “AV Preeminent Attorney” by Martindale-Hubbell and “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers magazine. Mr. Dinnebier’s caring attitude and professionalism have won him the respect of hundreds of clients as well as judges and other attorneys.
Mr. Dinnebier graduated from the University of California, Irvine (B.A., 1970) and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (J.D., 1973). He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1973. Mr. Dinnebier has an array of experience from many fields of law. In 1978, he was named President of the Young Lawyers Section, presiding over 1500 members of the Orange County Bar Association. Currently, Mr. Dinnebier practices family law exclusively. He is a Certified Family Law Specialist, and was president of the Family Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association in 1996. He is rated as an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and was named a “Super Lawyer” in Super Lawyers magazine.
Furthermore, Mr. Dinnebier is a member of the Orange County Bar Association’s Masters Division. He also taught community property as an adjunct professor at Chapman School of Law. Mr. Dinnebier emphasizes the amicable resolution of all cases, but has the experience and expertise to litigate difficult and complex cases when necessary. Attorney Kenneth T. Demmerle
With a BA in economics, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School, Kenneth T. Demmerle brings a wealth of knowledge and life experience to the legal table. Mr. Demmerle specializes in all aspects of marital dissolutions including custody, support, business and real estate valuations, and division of property and is an authority on drafting, reviewing and litigating premarital and postmarital agreements. He has been rated an “AV Preeminent Attorney” by Martindale-Hubbell and named “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers magazine.
Kenneth T. Demmerle was born in Long Beach, California and grew up in the San Fernando Valley. He attended the University of California, Irvine and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. He subsequently was a school teacher with the Los Angeles Unified School District and then obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
Mr. Demmerle has been practicing law since 1992 and has been designated a Certified Family Law Specialist by the California State Bar. He is also rated as an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. This is the highest rating possible and is based on a peer review by other attorneys and judges of his exceptional legal ability and uncompromising ethics. Ken Demmerle is also a graduate of the prestigious American Bar Association Family Law Advocacy Institute in Houston, Texas.

Andrew—-This attorney has years of experience and has been fair and ethical throughout a long, long divorce. Communication has been excellent. One good sign; other attorneys and courthouse personnel all seem to know and like him. At times, I wish he was a cutthroat attorney but that was my anger and his approach was to get through the process with as few hassles and fights as possible. The opposing party was constantly hostile and unreasonable but he kept to the plan and seemed to really care about his clients best interests. If your goal is to damage someone you may do better elsewhere but if you want to come out with the best possible position, I would recommend him.
