Originally from North San Diego County, Mr. Shafer graduated from Fallbrook High School. Mr. Shafer completed his undergraduate education and law school education at Chapman University with B.A. in 2001 and a J.D. in 2007.
Mr. Shaferthen went on to join the California Bar and Central District of California Federal Court in 2009. He is married with two children lives in Orange County.
