Rombro & Manley LLP founder, Roger Rombro, is passionate about family law. He not only brings over 40 years of experience in the legal profession, his own child custody battle early in his career inspired him to become one of the South Bay’s leading legal experts in divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division and other critical areas of family law. Mr. Rombro understands how difficult and challenging divorce or child custody can be and has dedicated his career to helping clients move forward with their lives. He has earned the highest possible rating of “AV” from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, signifying preeminent legal ability and the highest standards of legal competence and professional ethics. Mr. Rombro has served as law clerk to the Honorable Stanley N. Barnes, Judge for the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Rombro served in the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office, trying thousands of cases before the state and federal courts.
Ms. Manley takes a holistic approach to resolving the problems arising from divorce. She not only helps her clients obtain divorce decrees, but also listens to each individual client to help determine the appropriate and most desirable post-divorce legal and financial relationships. Gathering insight from her work as Director of Human Resources at a New York national publishing company as well as her career in family law, Ms. Manley understands that divorcing spouses are likely to have some form of continuing relationship post-divorce, especially where issues of custody and support are involved, and that listening to the clients and being sensitive to their needs and concerns are key factors in achieving a satisfactory and lasting resolution.
