Are Vaccines Safe

Full Video Transcript

Are vaccines safe? Vaccines are regulated by the FDA and undergo a rigorous review to ensure their safety. However, there has been a rising number of lawsuits against health care providers and vaccine manufacturers related to vaccines. Congress responded by passing the National Childhood Vaccine injury Act of 1986, which established a national vaccine injury compensation program to compensate victims or families of victims injured by certain childhood vaccines. If you believe you have been injured by a vaccine, you may be able to file a claim seeking compensation for related medical expenses and in certain cases for pain and suffering and future lost earnings. For more information about what legal claims may be available to you, including the Federal Compensation Program claim and possibly others, contact an attorney to discuss your situation
