If you miss eight or more calendar days due to your work­related injury, you are entitled to payment for lost wages. If you miss more than 14 days the first seven will be paid. Compensation payments are based on 66­2/3% of your average monthly wage not to exceed the maximum set by state law. You will be paid an additional $25 per month if you support one or more dependent individuals.
