When is the final paycheck due when an employee is fired under Nebraska law?

As per Neb. Rev. Stat. §48-1230, when an employee is fired, the employer must give a final paycheck to him or her on the next pay date, or within two (2) weeks of the date of discharge, whichever is earlier.
