If the Board determines that the allegations are within its jurisdiction then it will investigate the matter and issue a ruling based on the investigation’s findings. If the ruling is that no violation of law occurred then the matter is dismissed with no action being taken against the licensee. If a violation of law is found to have occurred then the licensee may be sanctioned by the Board.
