Where and When do Foreclosure Sales Take Place in Tennessee?

As in many states, the published Notice of Sale informs the public of the date, time and location of an intended foreclosure sale of Tennessee property. State law requires that foreclosure sales occur between 10 am and 4 pm on the date provided in the Notice of Sale.
