Where and When do Foreclosure Sales Take Place in South Dakota?

The county sheriff’s office is responsible for conducting a foreclosure sale on the date and at the time and location specified in the published Notice of Foreclosure and Sale. State law requires that foreclosure sales in South Dakota occur between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.
