Does Rhode Island Law Allow for a Redemption Period After a Foreclosure?

Rhode Island law only allows for a redemption period in limited circumstances. If a foreclosure occurs through a non judicial process then there is no right of redemption. In certain types of judiciary foreclosures a right of redemption may be allowed for a period of up to three years, however, this is not common.
