Can a Lender Sue a Borrower for a Deficiency Judgment if the Lender is Still Owed Money After a Foreclosure Sale in Pennsylvania?

A Pennsylvania lender has six months from the date of the foreclosure sale to bring a deficiency judgment against a borrower. The borrower may be sued for the amount owed on the mortgage less the amount already paid and the amount earned at the foreclosure sale.
