Does North Dakota Law Allow for a Redemption Period After a Foreclosure?

Yes, a North Dakota borrower may redeem the property by paying the outstanding principal, interest, costs and fees owed on the loan. Typically, the redemption period is one year. However, that is limited in certain situation and may be limited by the terms of the original mortgage agreement.
