Where and When do Foreclosure Sales Take Place in New Mexico?

In New Mexico, the date, time and location of a property foreclosure sale must be published in the Notice of Sale. State law does not provide specific limitations on the time or location of the sale; however, the date is in part determined by when the lender began the foreclosure process and the completion of all of the required steps and public notice requirements prior to the intended sale date.
