Where and When do Foreclosure Sales Take Place in New Jersey?

The public is made aware of the date, time and location of a property foreclosure sale in New Jersey via the published Notice of Sale. State law does not require that a foreclosure sale be conducted at any specific time or location; however, the public must receive proper notice of the intended sale in accordance with state law.
