Does New Jersey Law Allow for a Redemption Period After a Foreclosure?

While there is a right of redemption in New Jersey, the time frame for a borrower to redeem the foreclosed property is extremely limited. A borrower may only redeem the property for 10 days after the foreclosure sale date.
