How Long Does the Typical Foreclosure Process Take in New Hampshire?

If there is a power of sale clause in the mortgage that allows a lender to pursue a non judicial foreclosure then a foreclosure can be obtained quickly in New Hampshire. A foreclosure that is not contested by the borrower can happen in as little as 60 days. Of course, judicial foreclosures that are dependent on the court calendar and non judicial foreclosures that are objected to by the borrower may take longer than 60 days to complete.
