Where and When do Foreclosure Sales Take Place in Missouri?

Missouri puts few limitations on the time and location of property foreclosure sales. The foreclosure sale must occur in the county where the property is located and during regular business hours (9am – 5 pm). However, the exact date, time and location is determined on a case by case basis and published in the Notice of Sale.
