Does Iowa Law Allow for a Redemption Period After a Foreclosure?

In some cases redemption is allowed after a foreclosure sale. However, a lender can choose to pursue a foreclosure without the right of redemption. If a lender does not pursue that option, the redemption period ranges from 1 month to 1 year depending on the circumstances of the borrower, the property and the foreclosure sale.
