Where and When do Foreclosure Sales Take Place in Connecticut?

Not all Connecticut foreclosures take place via a foreclosure sale. However, when an owner has equity in the property and a foreclosure sale does occur, Connecticut law does not provide any specific location, date or time when the sale must occur. The date, time and location are determined on an individual basis for each foreclosure.
