What Steps are Necessary to Enter a Valid Premarital Agreement in Oklahoma?

Oklahoma law requires that antenuptial agreements be in writing in order to be enforced by a court. The agreement must meet all of the requirements of Oklahoma contract law. Each party must give a full disclosure of his or her financial assets and obligations or the court may find that fraud has been committed and refuse to enforce the antenuptial agreement.
