How Much Compensation Can I Receive?

Your weekly benefit amount is 4% of the wages paid during the calendar quarter in your base period with the highest wages. Benefits can range from $40 to a maximum of $205 per week. The total amount of benefits you can be paid during your 52week benefit year is called your maximum benefit amount and is based upon the total amount of wages reported in your base period. The maximum amount payable is onethird of your total base period wages. However, it cannot total more than 26 times your weekly benefit amount.
