How Do I Get A Personal Identification Number (Pin)

The first time you call ARRA, you will be asked to select a PIN, made up of four digits. You will need your PIN number to use when filing weekly continued claims through the TIPS Line and to obtain payment information. If you happen to forget it or want to change it for some reason, you must call a Claims Agent to have your PIN reset.
