Who qualifies as a medical marijuana patient's care provider in the state of Washington?

A qualified care provider must be over the age of 18 and so designated in writing by the qualified medical marijuana patient; he or she cannot be a qualified care provider for more than one qualified medical marijuana patient at a time.
