How much medical marijuana can a person legally possess in the state of Washington?

A qualified medical marijuana patient and/or his or her designated caregiver can legally possess up to a 60-day supply of marijuana in the state of Washington, which is defined as 24 ounces and 15 plants. You may be able to legally possess more than a 60-day supply of marijuana if you can demonstrate medical need.
