What Is The Statute Of Limitations In Minnesota?
- Fouryear statute of limitations sales arising under Article II of the Uniform Commercial Code (ie. the sale of goods between merchants).
- Sixyear statute of limitations all other express or implied contracts whether oral or written. (ie. services)
- Eighteenmonths all claims to recovery money for transportation or services provided by a common carrier, pursuant to federal statute.
- Tenyear statute of limitations all judgments expire after ten years unless renewed.
