What are the requirements to be eligible to vote in Tennessee state and local elections?

In order to vote under Tennessee law, you must be a U.S. citizen, at least eighteen (18) years of age on Election Day, and a resident of Tennessee. You cannot register to vote if you are a convicted felon, unless you have had your full rights of citizenship restored, or if you have been pardoned.
