Can I vote by mail in the state of Nevada?

Any registered voter can request to vote by mail in the state of Nevada. In order to vote by mail, you must complete an absent ballot request form, which is available from your local county election official. If you live in Clark County, Nevada, you get an absent ballot request from their website at www.accessclarkcounty.com. Your local county election official must receive your request for an absent ballot at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the election. If you are in the military or live overseas, and you complete the combined federal voter registration and request to vote by mail form, you are subject to even earlier deadlines. In any case, your absent ballot must be received by your county election official no later than 7:00 p.m. on the date of the election.
