Right To Vote Law

How do I vote early in the state of Idaho?

You can vote early by contacting your local county clerk and filling out an application for an absentee ballot. This application is also available online for printing and mailing to the county clerk’s office. You must request an absentee ballot no later than the sixth (6th) day prior to the election, but you can also vote in person by absentee ballot up until 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to the election.
