What are the requirements to be eligible to vote in Connecticut state and local elections?

In order to vote under Connecticut law, you must be a U.S. citizen, at least eighteen (18) years of age, and a resident of Connecticut. You cannot vote if you have been convicted of a felony, unless you have completed your sentence for that conviction, including any term of incarceration and/or parole.
