Fouryear statute of limitations sales arising under Article II of the Uniform Commercial Code (ie. the sale of goods between merchants).
Sixyear statute of limitations all other express or implied contracts whether oral or written. (ie. services)
Eighteenmonths all claims to recovery money for transportation or services provided by a common carrier, pursuant to federal statute.
Tenyear statute of limitations all judgments expire after ten years unless renewed.
