Joe co-founded Stevens & Malone, PLLC in 2007.  Prior to moving to Wimberley in 2006, Joe practiced law in Chicago at two busy litigation firms.  Joe focuses his practice primarily in the areas of real estate and title law, business transactional law, business formations, wills, general estate planning and probate. Joe considers it a privilege to live and work in Wimberley and be a member of this great community. Joe currently serves as a member of the Wimberley Independent School District Board of Trustees, is a Director of the Wimberley Education Foundation, also having served as its past President, and is a Director of the Wimberley Valley Habitat for Humanity.

Joe is married to Trish and they are the proud parents of Ella, Jack and Hope.
