Attorney Waren Price
Waren Price attended law school at Southern Methodist University School of Law, consistently ranked as one of the top law schools in the country. After graduating from SMU Law School, Mr. Price began his legal career as a trial court prosecutor prosecuting criminal offenses on behalf of the people of the State of Texas. He initially prosecuted misdemeanor offenses for Assault, DWI and other criminal violations. He quickly rose to the level of felony prosecutor where he handled the most serious criminal cases including Aggravated Sexual Assault, Aggravated Robbery, and Murder. It was during this time as a felony prosecutor that he developed his skills as a trial attorney trying approximately 100 cases before juries. He has continued to refine those skills over the course of his career.
Following his time as a criminal prosecutor, Mr. Price left the district attorney's office to work with a defense firm in downtown Dallas. There he handled high-liability civil cases representing individuals and corporations in matters involving millions of dollars in damages. During this time Mr. Price gained valuable insight into how these corporate entities minimize their legal exposure to liability. Since leaving his practice in downtown Dallas, Mr. Price has put that valuable experience to work for his clients.
Waren Price practices exclusively criminal defense. Over the past 20 years, he has successfully represented thousands of clients in cases ranging from aggravated robbery to DWI and drug possession. Attorney Eren Price
Eren Price practices exclusively in the area of family law representing clients in matters involving divorce, child custody, complex property division, and child protection matters. She is a trial attorney with more than 25 years of experience. She brings compassion, commitment, and tenacity to every case she accepts. Eren Price has dedicated her career to standing up for children and families across North Texas.
Eren Price attended Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas, where she was a member of the school’s National Mock Trial Team. After graduating from law school, Ms. Price went to work as an assistant district attorney prosecuting state court adult and juvenile criminal cases. Over the course of two decades as a prosecutor, Ms. Price handled thousands of criminal cases, choosing to focus on cases involving the most severe incidents of child abuse and neglect. She has tried countless cases as lead counsel before juries. Since leaving the district attorney’s office, she now puts that experience and compassion to work for clients in divorce and child custody matters.
She has achieved favorable outcomes for clients in all types of family law matters, both inside and outside the courtroom.
