We also provide legal counsel for other public entities, Kemah Volunteer Fire Department, Kemah Community Development Corporation, and Galveston County MUD 6. Dick H. Gregg III also serves as Municipal Court Judge for the cities of LaPorte, Seabrook, and Morgan's Point.
