For the last 15 years, I have worked in the estate planning, probate and elder care fields. My love for this area of law and passion for helping people convinced me to pursue my law degree so that I can continue my efforts on behalf of my clients’ estate planning and elder law needs.
My practice is focused primarily on providing estate planning (wills, trusts, and powers of attorney) and probate services across the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
The estate planning portion of my practice centers around estate planning for all ages – recognizing the importance and challenges of planning for young families, baby boomers, and the elderly alike. I take the time to understand the complexities of each client’s legal matter and provide them with options to achieve their goals because no client is the same.
I also have extensive experience in the implementation of estate and care plans for the elderly. I have an understanding of the long-term care planning that is necessary to advise the elderly on the protection of assets and the preservation of personal dignity. I strive to provide reliable guidance while remaining sensitive to the emotional and physical needs of older or disabled adults faced with challenging situations.
The probate portion of my practice encompasses assisting executors or administrators in complying with all aspects of probate administration. The probate process can seem overwhelming to many, especially since it comes during a very sensitive time. I work to provide clients with compassionate, detailed, and reliable guidance through the process.
