Attorney Kevin W. Willhelm

Kevin began his legal career in 1992, as an insurance defense litigator. After three years of defending individuals and companies in lawsuits involving everything from a vehicle accident with exploding fuel tankers to toxic exposure in the construction of nuclear power plants, Kevin switched gears to work with the largest bankruptcy law firm in San Antonio. During this period, Kevin became one of the youngest board certified attorneys in consumer bankruptcy.

Kevin moved to Abilene in 1999, when he was hired to operate and manage the local office of Monte J. White & Associates. Subsequently, Kevin opened his own firm, the Law Offices of Weir & Willhelm, P.C., with the counsel of Woody Weir to expand his practice and represent his clients, who had come to appreciate and trust him, with other legal issues.

For more than 25 years, Kevin has represented thousands of clients in various legal matters from civil, criminal, disability, family, probate and other civil matters to bankruptcy and debt reorganization.
