Attorney Jennifer M. Eberle

Jennifer M. Eberle is a passionate Tennessee Trial Attorney with nearly 20 years of experience in complex matters of health care liability and litigation. At Kinnard Law, she focuses her practice on representing victims and families in cases involving medical malpractice, hospital and health care liability, and product liability.

A Tennessee native who hails from Clarksville, Jennifer attended Austin Peay State University, where she was active in local politics and campaigns, before earning her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

Jennifer’s passion for the law and its implications on health care has been shaped by her work in politics, as well as countless hours spent in hospitals watching a close family member combat a chronic illness.
