Attorney Michael DiPasquale

Attorney Michael DiPasquale, the Founding Partner at DiPasquale Moore, has always been passionate about fighting for the rights of the injured. He first began pursuing a career in law because he wanted to make a difference in the lives of those around him, which he does both in and out of the courtroom. As a trial attorney, he regularly fights for the rights of his clients and gives significant attention to each case he takes on.

Michael was raised in Kansas and went on to attend school at the University of San Diego in California, where he played football for four years. Shortly after earning his bachelor’s degree, he returned to Kansas to earn his Juris Doctorate and began working as a lawyer defending insurance companies and large corporations. After working on this side of several cases, Michael quickly realized he wanted to put his legal experience to good use by defending the rights of the wrongfully injured.

Attorney Jason Moore

As a founding partner at DiPasquale Moore, Attorney Jason Moore is committed to finding the best possible legal solutions for his clients. During his years in practice, Jason has been recognized for his outstanding work in personal injury law, especially as it pertains to civil litigation, bad faith insurance, and product liability.

Although Jason grew up in Chicago, he attended school in Missouri and began his legal career in Kansas City, where he still remains. In the early stages of his legal career, Jason worked defending insurers dealing with personal injury lawsuits. Before long, he realized he would rather fight for the people on the other side of the fight, the individuals who deserved justice for their wrongful injuries. However, his experience working for insurance companies gives him a unique understanding of how these big corporations work against injured individuals and their families. As a result, he approaches each personal injury case with an aggressive, pragmatic approach in order to secure the best possible legal outcome for his clients.

Attorney Katherine Corwin

Attorney Katherine Corwin is proud to use her experience and legal knowledge to advocate for the wrongfully injured throughout Missouri and beyond. She grew up in the Kansas City area, which is one of the reasons she is so dedicated to fighting for the best results for each and every one of her clients.

In the earlier stages of her legal career, Katherine worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Jackson County, where she represented the state of Missouri. Her experience with criminal law negotiations has also helped to shape her into the legal advocate she is today by instilling in her a level of understanding and empathy that is invaluable in any legal situation.

She approaches each case with a great sense of urgency and empathy in order to better understand the needs of her clients, especially as it pertains to their injuries. Katherine knows how traumatizing serious injuries can be, which is why she uses her legal knowledge to apply the best possible legal strategy to each given case. Katherine is also a member of the Missouri Bar Association.

Attorney Spencer Phillips

Inspired by his mother who works in workers’ compensation, Attorney Spencer Phillips decided to pursue a career in law to help individuals victimized by negligence. At DiPasquale Moore, he takes a client-focused approach to handling personal injury claims.

Spencer grew up in Austin, Texas and attended Hyde Park Baptist High School. After graduating from the California State University, Dominguez Hills, he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law. While working toward his law degree, he interned at the KU Law Medical-Legal Partnership (MLP), where he refined and honed his legal prowess by helping disadvantaged individuals overcome legal hurdles.

A couple of things that set Spencer apart from the competition is that he genuinely understands how practicing law is just as much about legal knowledge and acumen as it is about customer service, and he has a natural ability to connect with others — no matter their background or socioeconomic status. His skill in providing compassionate and empathetic legal counsel has truly made him an indispensable member of the DiPasquale Moore team.

Attorney Blaine Dickeson

Attorney Blaine Dickeson is dedicated to providing each and every one of his clients with pragmatic, zealous legal advocacy. Ever since his first courtroom experience, which took place in law school during his trial classes, Blaine knew pursuing a legal career was the best way he could use his skills to help other people.

His extensive experience as a trial attorney has helped Blaine gain a thorough understanding of the law, enabling him to achieve efficient, economical results for his clients. Plus, he is extremely familiar with the Kansas City area.

Blaine was born and raised in the Kansas City area, and he has since continued to set roots in the area as an adult. After earning his undergraduate degree at Kansas State University, Attorney Dickeson went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Attorney Todd Lucas

Attorney Todd Lucas has always been competitive, so a career as a hard-hitting lawyer has suited his personality from day one. Attorney Ryan Watson

A Missouri native, Attorney Ryan Watson attended school at the University of Missouri- Columbia, where he earned his law degree. After earning his law degree, Attorney Watson worked in a variety of legal fields, one of which allowed him to represent insurance companies dealing with personal injury claims. This experience gave Ryan a very thorough understanding of the insurance companies’ methods in personal injury cases, which now puts him at a great advantage when representing personal injury victims.

His knowledge of the inner workings of big insurance companies makes it easier to represent the interests of individuals fighting for fair compensation from their insurers. This involvement also taught him about the details of the claims process, which makes Attorney Ryan Watson better able to deal with complex insurance matters.

During his years in practice, Ryan has been admitted to practice law in Federal courts, the Western District of Missouri, Kansas, and Missouri. He is also a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.

Attorney Garrett Tuck

Attorney Dave Johnson

Attorney Dave Johnson is passionate about fighting for the rights of his clients, and he has worked tirelessly throughout his career to ensure each and every injured person he represents has a voice. In college, Dave focused on advocacy, public speaking, debate, forensics, and mock trial. He received several recognitions in mock trial competitions, served on the Board of Advocates, and directed a mock trial competition.

After school, Dave went on to work with a Jackson County Circuit Court judge as a law clerk where he first realized his passion for personal injury law. As a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Missouri Department of Revenue, he litigated several cases against drunk drivers before moving on to advocate for other personal injury victims who might otherwise go overlooked.

Attorney Geoff Lydick

A detail-oriented, goal-driven individual by nature, Attorney Geoff Lydick always uses his hardworking attributes to his clients’ advantage. He understands that most of his clients are going through some of the most difficult times of their lives, which is why he is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive legal guidance. After graduating from the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Law, he worked as a defense attorney. Attorney Russ Purvis

Since graduating from law school, Attorney Russ Purvis has been committed to helping people in need of steadfast legal representation. Over the course of his career, Russ has helped thousands of people obtain favorable outcomes from a variety of legal issues, both big and small.

In 2004, Russ was included in Kansas City’s 40 Under 40 list for Ingram’s Magazine and served on the Board of Governors of the Missouri Trial Lawyers Association. He was also on the Public Investment Advisory Committee for the City of Kansas City and was a part of the Mayor’s DUI Task Force for Kansas City, Missouri.

Throughout his many years in practice, he has used his legal knowledge to work on a variety of personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. That said, Russ focuses primarily on cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, product liability, and insurance coverage issues.

Attorney Tristan Medlin

Attorney Tristan Medlin is a well-rounded, skilled legal professional with experience in personal injury and workers’ compensation. He is passionate about the work he performs for his clients and he never takes his responsibility lightly.

Tristan truly understands the importance of listening to his clients and focuses on a hands-on approach with each case he handles. “I have discussions with my clients,” says Tristan, “I talk to them about their lives and their interests. They’re people with stories to tell.”

He initially pursued a legal career after working in the television industry for several years, working as an audio engineer for Jerry Seinfeld and other famous comedians. However, he didn’t find this work rewarding, Tristan wanted to help people directly—so he went back to school and pursued a career as a personal injury attorney.

Attorney Ashley Hart

Drawn to helping others from a young age, Attorney Ashley Hart strives to be the kind of attorney who advocates for her clients’ needs and roots for their success. After completing her undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of Kansas, Ashley went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law.

Attorney Drew Ward

Attorney Drew Ward is a committed personal injury attorney who was drawn to practicing law from a very early age, due to his desire to guide people through an often intimidating legal system. A Missouri native, Drew attended the University of Missouri – Columbia for his undergraduate degree in Political Science, later earning his Juris Doctorate at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law.

After graduating from law school, Drew had the privilege of working in a wide range of legal settings, allowing him to gain valuable experience both in the courtroom and at the negotiating table. This included working for multiple firms in Kansas City and Hannibal, as well as an internship with the Honorable Federal Judge Beth Phillips.

With his broad experience in civil litigation, general practice, and many other areas of the law, Drew has now tried hundreds of bench trials and won substantial results for his clients. However, Drew believes that the most gratifying part of his role is helping his clients achieve justice in a way that works for their needs and interests, which does not always involve taking the case to trial. By partnering with each of his clients and removing the burden of litigation from their shoulders, Drew strives to make the legal process as straightforward and easy as possible.

Attorney Matt Sain

Growing up with two pastors for parents, Attorney Matt Sain’s childhood grounded its essence in helping others and advocating for those who were wronged. Matt earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he ran for State Representative while balancing his studies, family, and work obligations. He won the election to the Missouri General Assembly, and he was able to apply his legal acumen to the law-making process.

During his time as a State Representative, Matt was able to witness the manner in which legislation is written, which has given him a fresh perspective on, and insight into, their interpretation. Additionally, he learned that he was able to easily connect with whomever he told his story to, no matter how many times he told it. He applies this skill to his current practice as a trial attorney at DiPasquale Moore, approaching each case in a different way to give his clients the best possible chance at a successful resolution.

Attorney Michael Propst

Michael Propst is an experienced personal injury attorney at the award-winning law firm of DiPasquale Moore. A problem solver, he is known for approaching cases strategically yet compassionately. To better serve his clients, he puts himself in his clients’ shoes, aiming to handle their cases in the same way he would expect an attorney to handle his.

Passionate about helping others, Michael decided to pursue a career in law. He specifically chose to practice personal injury law so that he could guide people through stressful times in their lives. Attorney Adam Brillhart

He finds great meaning in his career, doing everything he can to help real people through difficult, stressful situations.

Adam first realized his knack for solving complicated problems while researching real estate titles. He was able to translate seemingly complex problems into concise, easy-to-understand language. After earning his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law, Adam took on a role as an insurance defense lawyer, with a focus on workers’ comp matters. However, he also quickly learned that he would much rather put his skills and energy to work for the injured employees. Attorney Kelly St. John

Growing up, Kelly was inspired to pursue a career in law because she saw the difficulties her friends and family members faced with divorce, custody issues, and the like. It wasn’t long until she found she could still make a difference and help people in other areas of the law.

Before turning to personal injury law, Kelly started out her legal career as a criminal defense paralegal. She also clerked for a judge at the Jackson County Courthouse in downtown Kansas City, where she gained invaluable experience and formed lasting connections. Her time in criminal defense effectively armed her with top-tier research skills, which have proved useful when investigating personal injury cases.

Attorney Michael Lester

DiPasquale Moore Attorney Michael Lester represents Missouri and Kansas residents injured in auto, truck, and commercial vehicle accidents, by defective products, and on unsafe properties. Before joining DiPasquale Moore, Michael spent seven years defending trucking companies in personal injury cases. He realized he would much rather advocate for those injured; he crossed the aisle, taking with him all the knowledge and insight he gained during this time. Now, in his career as a personal injury attorney, he utilizes this experience to his clients’ advantage. He knows how to get the data that’s important for a victim’s claim, as well as how trucking companies and their insurance providers evaluate and investigate commercial accidents.

Michael grew up in Kansas City. He spent a few years in Texas, where he earned his bachelor’s degree at Rice University. After graduation, he moved back home to Kansas City. He obtained his J.D. at University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law. Notably, he graduated magna cum laude from both universities.

Attorney Colin Rohach

Colin Rohach has joined DiPasquale Moore as an innovative workers’ compensation and personal injury attorney. Originally drawn to a legal career due to its opportunities to “give a voice to the voiceless” who are suppressed by stubborn insurance company tactics, he is able to continue his mission with a firm that shares his goals and passions.

Before completing his J.D., Colin had already begun sharpening his abilities by focusing on personal injury and workers’ compensation while still in law school. He uses his refined skills to handle complex situations with a high amount of detail that most oppositions do not expect. This strategy and approach have helped him secure settlements and awards for clients in many cases that others had called “unwinnable.”

Colin grew up in Leawood, Kansas, and went to Rockhurst High School in Kansas City. He attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) for both undergrad and law school.

Attorney Steve Duke

Attorney Steve Duke was drawn to the practice of law because of his knack for understanding complex concepts and then being able to explain those to other people in ways that help them understand and connect with those otherwise challenging ideas. In many ways, being a lawyer means being an educator, whether that is with clients, judges, or juries, so this talent is much appreciated here at DiPasquale Moore.

Steve has gained a reputation for always showing his clients that he is there to help them whenever they need it while also making sure they feel in control as a case advances. He gives his clients honest legal advice and keeps them informed of the facts of the case, so they feel empowered throughout the process. Effective communication is key, especially when handling such complicated legal matters.

Steve is a lifelong resident of St. Louis. He grew up in Ballwin and Chesterfield, going to high school at Parkway West High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, and his J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law.

Attorney Robert “Fritz” Simmon

Robert “Fritz” Simmon joined DiPasquale Moore to further grow our personal injury team. He brings a tenacity for justice to every case he works on, which shows in and out of the courtroom.

Becoming an attorney was always one of Fritz’s life dreams. He comes from a family of attorneys, including both grandfathers, two cousins, an aunt, and an uncle all having careers as attorneys. He has always enjoyed public speaking and helping those who cannot help themselves, which underscored his desire to become a lawyer.

Before working at DiPasquale Moore, Attorney Simmon worked as an Assistant Prosecutor in Franklin County, Kansas. In this role, he enjoyed going to work every day to fight for people who had been harmed and abused, with much of his best work focused on domestic violence cases. Whether it be diversions or bench trials, helping victims achieve justice has shaped his career for the better and taught him to fearlessly fight for his personal injury clients today.

Attorney Marissa Yates

Marissa Yates is a Trial Attorney at DiPasquale Moore who focuses her practice on fighting for plaintiffs in personal injury cases. A former law enforcement officer, she leverages unique insight to help clients investigate critical issues such as fault and liability and construct the strongest possible claims.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Marissa served as a police officer in the Kansas City area for nearly a decade. During her time as an officer, she gained invaluable investigatory experience and learned to effectively advocate for victims – skills she routinely employs in her day-to-day practice representing personal injury clients. Her training also shaped her ability to diligently evaluate cases with an impartial, calm, and compassionate demeanor.

As an advocate, Marissa knows she plays an important role in her clients’ futures and works to help them level the playing field with insurance companies that too often prioritize profits over people. As a former collegiate athlete who knows the value of a strong work ethic and a single mother who worked her way through law school, she also understands the value of a dollar and leaves no stone unturned in fighting to get her clients every dollar she can.

 Attorney Grace Seger

Grace Seger is a DiPasquale Moore Trial Attorney who represents clients in premises liability, products liability, and personal injury matters. She’s known for her empathetic and passionate approach to advocacy and for her ability to guide clients seamlessly through high-stakes cases.

As someone with an innate passion for helping others, Grace gravitated toward the legal profession because it allows her to help people when they need help most. At a young age, she worked as an office assistant for a solo practitioner who specialized in personal injury law and saw first-hand the impact advocates can have on the lives of victims. During law school, she committed herself to becoming an injury lawyer and served as a Law Clerk here at DiPasquale Moore, where she gained the hands-on experience that allowed her to hit the ground running once she joined our team as a Trial Attorney.

In her practice, Grace is known for her tireless commitment to clients. Having been injured in a car wreck and by an animal herself, she’s able to empathize with clients and connect with them personally. This foundation of trust allows her to fight for meaningful recoveries and guide victims through what are often unfamiliar and emotionally turbulent times.

Attorney Devin Glasgow

Devin Glasgow is a committed personal injury attorney with a passion for helping victims of negligence pursue the justice and compensation they deserve. His areas of focus include motor vehicle collisions, premises accidents, and serious injuries.

In his practice, Devin leverages his versatility as a skilled negotiator and Trial Attorney to deftly handle disputes with insurance carriers and position clients for the maximum financial recovery possible. He also draws from his own personal experience of having a loved one injured in a car crash to empathize with victims, create close working relationships, and provide the tenacious representation they need to hold at-fault parties accountable.

Devin grew up in Oklahoma and attended Baker University on a tennis scholarship. He was the Baker University Men’s Tennis Team Captain and an Academic All-American and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. After undergrad, Devin attended the Washburn University School of Law, where he earned Dean’s Honors and the James W. Sloan Scholarship for academic excellence and was a member of the Washburn Law Negotiation Competition Team.

Attorney Aaron Morris

Aaron Morris is part of the personal injury team of DiPasquale Moore in Kansas City, Missouri. He feels a strong connection to the community and the people who come to the firm for legal help.

For his entire life, Aaron has been the friend who reads the full board game instructions before starting a game. This attention to detail and love for following the rules were the first signs that he was destined to become a lawyer. It was his passion for being there for people in their times of need that steered his career to become a personal injury attorney for injured plaintiffs. At DiPasquale Moore, he is known for finding solutions that avoid the most unnecessary delays possible. Attorney Morris is fluent in English and Spanish, which allows him to be a great legal ally for even more people in the city.

After graduating from Sumner Academy, Aaron attended the University of Kansas for his undergrad. He then went to the University of Missouri – Kansas City Law School to complete his J.D.

Attorney Chad Nelson

Chad Nelson is part of the DiPasquale Moore team in Oklahoma. He focuses his practice on personal injury claims.

While growing up, Chad had an appreciation for the law and service by watching his own family. His father has practiced law in Oklahoma for 40 years and his mother has spent more than 20 years in ministry and non-profit. This sense of community and his passion for helping others steered him toward a legal career.

Chad believes in understanding and empathizing with his clients’ circumstances so he can best serve them. He likes to take a compassionate, people-first approach to casework and is well-prepared to fight for his clients in court.

As a proud Oklahoman, Chad received both his undergraduate degree and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma. Before he joined DiPasquale Moore, he gained valuable experience working for mid-size firms in Oklahoma City.

Attorney Katherine Lenson

Attorney Katherine Lenson is part of the DiPasquale Moore team in Kansas City. As a Kansas local, she is proud to give back to the communities she loves by offering reliable, compassionate legal counsel and representation.

Katherine was drawn to a legal career because of her desire to help people in need. As an attorney, she is known for her efficient approach to casework that can secure the best possible outcomes as quickly as possible.

For her undergraduate degree, Katherine went to Iowa State University. Next, she attended the University of Kansas School of Law, where she completed her J.D. While at KU Law, Katherine was part of the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy as a Staff Editor and Staff Articles Editor.

Attorney Zach Kluesner

Zach Kluesner is an attorney with DiPasquale Moore in Missouri. He has joined us with a focus on personal injury and workers’ compensation.

From an early age, Zach has been competitive and loved anything that involved winning. This drive to succeed was paired with a desire to help others. The combination brought him to plaintiff injury practice after working as an insurance defense attorney. In fact, one of the greatest moments of his career so far was securing a massive settlement against a multinational corporation not long after he switched from insurance defense to plaintiff representation.

While working on a case, Zach likes to stay involved from the very beginning. This approach lets him put the pressure on the defense early and gradually increase it until they break. Attorney Mark Bolton

Attorney Mark Bolton has joined DiPasquale Moore in Kansas City to represent the wrongfully injured with a focus on workers’ compensation claims. With bar admissions in Kansas and Missouri, he is prepared to help our clients in both sides of the city.

Mark has long held onto the belief that the most rewarding work is the work that can help people in need. He brings his passion for doing what is right to each case he takes, taking the time to make sure each client feels heard, respected, and valued as their case progresses. When a difficult workers’ compensation case has put a client’s life on hold, Attorney Bolton is there to guide them through it with detail-oriented representation and frequent communication.

Growing up in the Overland Park area of Kansas City, Mark wanted to stay close to home when he finished his J.D. at Washburn University School of Law. As a member of DiPasquale Moore, he has the opportunity to empower the people of his own community each day through steadfast legal counsel.

Attorney Kelvin Fisher

Attorney Kelvin Fisher joins DiPasquale Moore as an attorney who can help clients on both sides of the Missouri River due to his bar admissions in Missouri and Kansas. With a focus on catastrophic injury claims and cases involving complex insurance coverage, he is ready to help our clients through difficult cases that might be too much for other law firms.

Kelvin was first drawn to a legal career when he participated in a mock trial in high school. Although he grew up in Oklahoma, he has spent most of his life in Kansas City. He decided to stay local and complete his higher education, including a J.D., at the University of Missouri – Kansas City and the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law. Between undergrad and law school, he took an interest in technical and professional writing as the obituary writer for the Kansas City Star.

Attorney Fisher’s legal career began as an insurance defense attorney. After deciding that his true calling was to help people in need, not large companies, he changed his career path. Today, he uses the insider knowledge that he gained as an insurance defense attorney to better represent and protect the best interests of his clients in injury claims and litigation.

Attorney Lauren Berry

Lauren Berry is part of the Missouri team of DiPasquale Moore. She always wanted to help make a positive difference in people’s lives, and she now has the chance to do that each day by representing the wrongfully injured in Kansas City and beyond. With an open-minded approach to the law and professional experience as a former assistant prosecuting attorney, former law clerk, and former paralegal, Attorney Berry welcomes any challenge when representing a client’s best interests.

While completing her higher education, Lauren thought that her interests in the law and psychology would make her a great paralegal. However, the attorneys who worked with her saw the potential for an amazing lawyer in everything she did and pushed her to attend the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law to finish a J.D. To this day, she is thankful for those who believed in her and motivated her to find her true calling as an attorney.

Throughout her experiences as a legal professional, one that sticks out prominently to Attorney Berry is a jury trial in which a motor vehicle accident survivor testified how their life had been changed for the worst by the crash. The heartfelt and pained words of the victim stuck with her and drove Attorney Berry to focus on personal injury law. With a sharp attention to detail and a positive work ethic, she helps secure fair compensation and justice for the wrongfully injured of Kansas City.

Attorney Gregory Dowty

Gregory Dowty is an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer who leverages his background as an insurance defense attorney to help victims and families fight for the compensation they deserve. As a Trial Attorney with DiPasquale Moore, Gregory focuses his practice on matters involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, dog bites, and serious personal injury.

Drawn to the legal profession by his desire to help people in need, Gregory earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice at Northeastern University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.

Directly out of law school, Gregory began his legal career working for an auto insurance company, where he learned firsthand how insurers evaluate and handle claims. During this time, Gregory also came to understand how insurance carriers operate with the intent to collect as many premiums as they can while paying out as little in claims as possible. Seeing how this greed regularly tended to outweigh fairness shaped his drive to fight for the “little guy.”

Greg’s insight into the “other side” has proven invaluable to the clients he represents, allowing him to effectively predict how insurance carriers will respond to his clients’ cases and craft the personalized strategies they need to position themselves for success. Since his transition to representing plaintiffs, Gregory has also developed his personal injury practice in multiple states, giving him a broad view of how different states treat various claims. This experience, combined with his ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, has helped his clients obtain favorable results.

Attorney Kevin Carr

Kevin Carr is an experienced Trial Attorney at DiPasquale Moore who represents victims and families in matters involving motor vehicle collisions, premises accidents, and serious personal injury.

While Kevin has a background in public service, his passion for the law has personal roots. His mother was severely injured by a defective product and faced many legal challenges when the companies involved attempted to deny liability. Fortunately, his mother had good legal representation and was able to obtain rightful compensation and justice for her damages. This experience taught him about the importance of having a good lawyer and shaped his desire to help others who find themselves facing off against powerful corporations that put profits over people and do everything they can to pay victims as little as possible.

A Missouri native who grew up in Lee’s Summit, Kevin attended the University of Missouri for both his undergraduate degree in political science and philosophy and his Juris Doctor. While in law school, he served as Managing Editor of the school’s Journal of Dispute Resolution, President of the Federalist Society, and participated in Mizzou’s Veterans Clinic helping veterans obtain needed benefits. He also worked in the general counsel’s office of the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations.

Attorney Janelle Miller

Janelle Miller is a Trial Attorney at DiPasquale Moore, where she leverages her insight as a former Prosecutor to provide skilled and client-focused representation to clients from our Topeka office. She focuses her areas of practice on auto accidents, premises liability, and other personal injury matters.

Janelle grew up in Topeka, Kansas with a mother who served as a union steward. Inspired by watching her mother fight for her coworkers, she became enamored with the art of advocacy and made it her mission while she was still in elementary school to become a lawyer so she could help others just like her mom. Her first foray into the law came in high school when she served as an intern for the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. She then went on to earn her undergraduate degree from Washburn University and her law degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Law.

Following law school, Janelle began her legal career representing the State of Missouri as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. From there, she became an Assistant District Attorney in Shawnee County, Kansas and later represented the State of Kansas, specifically the Kansas Department of Children and Family services, as a Contract Attorney.

Attorney Jacob Pruett

Attorney Jacob Pruett is a prelitigation attorney of DiPasquale Moore, working out of our office in Kansas City, Missouri. He primarily focuses on cases involving premises liability, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and truck accidents with the intent to secure a fair settlement for our clients before the matter escalates to a trial.

Jacob grew up in Kansas City and knew early on that he wanted a career in the law. He went to undergraduate school at the University of Missouri-Columbia before going to the Florida Coastal School of Law to complete his J.D.

After law school, he started his own successful general practice before catching the attention of a major insurance company, which hired him as an insurance defense attorney. However, Jacob soon realized that he wanted to help people in need, not necessarily corporations in need, and switched back to plaintiff representation and found his home here at DiPasquale Moore. He uses an empathetic, pragmatic, and compassionate approach, paired with his in-depth knowledge earned as a former insurance defense lawyer, to help our clients through what might be the toughest times of their lives.

Attorney Maria Ceriotti

Maria Ceriotti is a Trial Attorney at DiPasquale Moore who represents victims and families from our office in Kanas City. Her areas of practice include motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, serious injuries, and other personal injury matters.

Maria is a St. Louis native who earned her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Missouri. Drawn to the legal profession by an innate passion for helping others during difficult times in their lives, she excelled in law school, serving as a member of the Missouri Law Review and the Student Bar Association and as a Law Clerk for DiPasquale Moore. It was during her time clerking for our firm that she developed her interest in personal injury law.

As a Trial Attorney at DiPasquale Moore, Maria approaches each case with the highest level of care. She knows that victims and families who seek representation in personal injury cases often do so amid highly turbulent times and does not take their trust lightly. In addition to keeping clients informed and supported throughout the process, she has an eye for detail that allows her to handle cases in a successful and efficient manner. Connor McAteer is a civil trial lawyer with a caring and client-oriented approach. He focuses his practice on a range of personal injury matters, including claims involving motor vehicle collisions, premises accidents, and serious personal injuries.

Drawn to the practice of law by his interest in advocacy and public service, Connor has always been passionate about standing up for others and helping convey their stories in compelling and persuasive ways. On his journey to becoming a lawyer, he attended the University of Missouri, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Psychology. The University of Missouri also awarded him two certificates: the Dispute Resolution Certificate and the Multicultural Certificate. Connor next attended the University of Missouri School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor.
