Attorney Katlyn A. Reh
From the time I was a young girl, I always dreamed of opening my own business. My desire to learn more about business led me to attend Manhattan College for undergraduate school, where I majored in Finance and Managerial Science with a minor in Marketing. In college, I discovered my fascination with the law and realized that I wanted to build a career where I could work with clients directly and have the opportunity to help people when they need it most. I graduated from the school of business with my bachelor's degree one year early, and I immediately went on to earn my Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law. I am licensed to practice law in both Texas and North Carolina, and I have practiced family law in both states.
I approach family law from a non-judgmental place, where I put myself in my client's shoes and work with my clients to help them achieve the life that they desire. It is my mission to build trust with clients, have open lines of communication and to help people in my local community navigate through the complexities of the legal system. I am also deeply passionate about children's rights, and I am a Custody Advocate with the Council for Children's Rights and a Guardian ad Litem to children in the foster care system. In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, playing tennis, and trying different restaurants. I always welcome a new culinary recommendation!
Opening my own solo practice is a dream come true and I am overjoyed to be able to combine my love of business with my love of family law. I appreciate you taking the time to read about me, and I encourage you to reach out so that I can have the opportunity to learn more about you. Regardless of what family law issue you may be dealing with, let's touch base. I look forward to hearing from you.
