Edward Sivin is a senior partner at Sivin, Miller & Roche LLP and is the firm's principal appellate lawyer. Mr. Sivin has a degree in Philosophy from the University at Albany and received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1981. He was an editor of the Law Review and is a published author.

Attorney Glenn D Miller
Glenn D. Miller, a senior partner at Sivin, Miller & Roche LLP, is the firm's principal trial lawyer and a well-known lecturer on trial techniques. Mr. Miller has a degree in Political Science from the University of Rochester and received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1984. Prior to being in private practice, Mr. Miller was a supervisor of the Criminal Defense Division of the Legal Aid Society. In his early years with the Legal Aid Society, he was the youngest lawyer to be assigned homicide cases, and he went on to try dozens of homicide and other major felony cases. Since going into private practice, Mr. Miller has won several multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in false arrest, civil rights, assault, and other police misconduct cases, and in cases involving accidents with catastrophic injuries

Attorney David T Roche
David Roche has been practicing as a criminal defense and civil litigation trial attorney in the courts of New York City and surrounding counties for the past twenty plus years. He began his legal career in 1996 as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s office where he swiftly rose to the level of senior trial attorney handling some of the most serious felony cases in Brooklyn including homicides, kidnappings, violent assaults, larcenies and narcotics and gun prosecutions.
Mr. Roche’s civil practice focuses largely on civil rights violations committed by police and corrections officers. He prosecutes claims of false arrest, malicious prosecution and excessive force in both state and federal courts and has consistently achieved excellent results for his clients
