Gerald G. Arze is a first generation American born to parents who emigrated from the South American country of Bolivia in 1969. He is fluent in Spanish. He graduated from St. Joseph's College in 1997 and attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, of Yeshiva University, which he graduated from in 2000. During law school, he was a member and Senior Managing Editor of the Cardozo Women's Law Journal. He was admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Federal Bar in the Eastern District of New York in 2001. From September 2000 through April 2007, Mr. Arze was employed by several high profile law firms, where he was involved in complex personal injury matters, including labor law cases, medical malpractice actions, trip and fall cases, and automobile accidents.
Mr. Arze is a trial lawyer who presently handles a wide variety of cases including automobile accidents, construction accidents, lawsuits involving trip/slip and falls, and medical malpractice cases. Raymond J. Mollica is a third generation Italian-American from a family who has been dedicated to medicine, teaching, and community involvement. Mr. Mollica attended the State University of New York, College at Oneonta, with a course load heavy in History, Philosophy and Religion. After obtained his Bachelor of Science in History in 1996 he went on to study law at the Saint John's University School of Law, graduating in 1999. After admission to practice in March of 2000, Mr. Mollica has dedicated himself to the representation of injured persons. Prior to opening Arze & Mollica, LLP, Mr. Mollica worked at two very prominent law firms specializing in personal injury, and in particular construction site accidents. Recently he sat on the Kings County Judicial Screening Committee, and is active in local politics.
