Maximize Your Chance Of A Successful Appeal
Just Appeals, The Law Office Of Scott M. Davidson, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, represents clients nationwide who are fighting for their futures after being wronged in a criminal or civil trial decision. I founded my law firm with a simple goal: To see that justice is done for every client I represent.
Civil and criminal appellate litigation has been my passion for more than 25 years. During that span of time, I have successfully litigated a wide spectrum of appellate issues in state and federal courts from coast to coast. I served as a judicial law clerk for appellate justices, I taught appellate and post-conviction law and practice at the University of New Mexico School of Law. I led the Appellate Practice Section of the New Mexico State Bar as a past chair and board member. I’ve taught appellate law in seminars in New Mexico and nationally. When you come to my firm for help, you’ll know right away that you’re in experienced and knowledgeable hands.
