Attorney Robert A. Mooney

Bob is a trial lawyer whose career has revolved around advocacy and service. As a proven defender of the medical professions, Bob’s ’s emphasis is on defending physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals, and has successfully defended malpractice lawsuits and provider license matters across Nebraska and Iowa. Between 1999 and 2019, Bob successfully tried over 40 solo civil jury trials, including areas such as probate, medical malpractice defense and personal injury litigation. He has argued numerous appellate matters to the Nebraska Court of Appeals, the Nebraska Supreme Court, the Iowa Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Bob is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Lincoln (1994) and the University of Nebraska College of Law (1997). He is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Iowa. Attorney Daniel P. Lenaghan

Dan represents employers and insurance companies in all areas of workers’ compensation law, including non-litigated 9le review and negotiation, litigation, mediation, settlements and appeals. He has defended claims for permanent total disability, dependent death benefits and significant lifetime medical benefits. Before the Nebraska Court of Appeals, he successfully argued a dismissal of a claim for benefits by an independent contractor. Ever mindful of the challenges facing employers and insurers in a changing legal landscape, Dan strives to offer practical solution-based advice to his clients and utilize cost-efficient litigation strategies. Dan represents employers across the spectrum, from mom-and-pop operations to national corporations. He is a frequent presenter to employers, insurers and business organizations on local and regional workers’ compensation topics and trends. Dan is a graduate of St. Louis University (2002) and St. Louis University School of Law (2005). He is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and South Dakota and is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Omaha Bar Association and the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association. Attorney Christine E. Westberg Dorn

Having previously spent nearly a decade working in-house for insurance companies, Christine brings a unique perspective and experience to the cases she handles. Christine specializes in workers’ compensation, general liability and insurance defense. She prides herself in taking an aggressive but professional approach to litigation, and clients consistently appreciate her exceptional customer service and quality legal counsel.Christine received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Iowa. She is a graduate of Drake University Law School, where she gained practical litigation experience as a member of the Drake Legal Clinic. In addition to active bar memberships in Iowa and Nebraska, Christine is also admitted in Georgia (inactive) and Connecticut. Christine is a member of the Iowa Bar Association, the Nebraska Bar Association, the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association, and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.Christine is a native of the Des Moines, Iowa area, but has made Omaha her home since 2013. Attorney Betsy S. Seeba-Walters

Betsy has spent over a decade litigating both civil and criminal cases in multiple jurisdiction across the states of Nebraska, Iowa, and Florida. As a former criminal prosecutor and in-house insurance defense counsel, Betsy has litigated a variety of serious criminal felonies and civil negligence cases having tried over 38 cases to jury. Betsy’s emphasis is on defending medical malpractice lawsuits and general liability defense. Betsy is known for her zealous approach to cases, and her integrity in all areas of communication with clients and counsel Betsy received her undergraduate degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law. Betsy is an active bar member in Nebraska, Iowa, and Florida. Additionally, she is currently a board member for the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association. Betsy is a native of the Cook, Nebraska area. After pursuing her legal career in Florida for nine years, Betsy returned to Nebraska in 2014 and has made Nebraska her home. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, friends and family.


Attorney Emily E. Palmiscno

Emily concentrates her practice on medical malpractice defense and insurance defense litigation. She provides each client with an unmatched level of personal attention and consistent communication, and diligently advocates for each client’s best interest through the entirety of each case. Emily was born and raised in Grand Forks, North Dakota, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of North Dakota. She continued her education by moving to Omaha and obtaining her Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law. Emily is licensed to practice in Nebraska, Missouri and Kansas. She is also a member of the Nebraska Bar Association, Omaha Bar Association and Missouri Bar Association. Before joining our team, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Assistant Chief Judge Tamara L. Yon of the 9th Judicial District in Minnesota. Outside of the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband Nathan, their dog Phil, and traveling back to North Dakota and Minnesota to see her family.


Attorney Tami L.Fleek

Tami specializes in insurance defense litigation, as well as the defense of general liability matters. Tami received her bachelor’s degree from Bellevue University and earned her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. Attorney Steven V. Golej

Steve’s practice is focused on insurance defense with a special emphasis on worker’s compensation matters. Prior to joining us, Steve worked for major insurance companies where he handled litigated matters for commercial auto, trucking, and general liability. His experience has given him insight into the particular needs of our clients and allowed him to provide the focus and attention they need throughout the litigation process. Steve received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Nebraska College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Colorado. Originally from the Denver area, Steve is now a resident of Omaha

Ms. Gloudemans engages 100% of her practice to insurance defense litigation. She is licensed to practice law in Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri. 

Ms. Gloudemans has been defending employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation matters since becoming licensed. Throughout her practice, she has handled a variety of claims ranging from minor injuries through permanent total disability.
